Do You Have Office 365?

If you don't currently have Microsoft Office 365 — that is ok! We can help you get up and running with Microsoft Office 365 and then Microsoft Teams.

If you do already have Microsoft Office 365 — great, you may need to upgrade your license to get the full functionality out of Microsoft Teams.

Features on Top of Teams

Simple Telecom provides the following features on top of the Teams feature list:

• Indials — Direct inward dialling numbers for your team
• Indial Porting — Port your existing numbers
• Additional Number Types — Enable 1300 numbers, 1800 numbers, Call Tracking Numbers, and Overseas numbers

Requirements

Customers will need to have their own Office 365 tenancy and at least one E1 or E3 license. Each user will also require an additional "Phone System" add-on license from Microsoft as part of their Office 365 subscription. If you do not currently have Office 365 or require assistance to configure your tenancy, Simple Telecom can provide consulting services.
