How does our Fax To Email Services work?

Our Fax To Email Services are a hosted telecommunications service, meaning you do not need any special phone lines or other telephone equipment to utilise it. This will save you the rental on your dedicated phone line, or no more switching between the fax machine and the telephone.

It's as SIMPLE as 1. selecting your desired location and entering your email address for delivery of the faxes and 2. entering your details and making payment. We supply a range plans and payment options to save you as much money as possible.

Our Fax To Email services live in a datacentre which operates 24 hours, 7 days with a hospital grid backup power source. We have special fax equipment which is setup with stacks of phone lines connected into it, so we can receive multiple calls/faxes at once.

When a fax is received on your specific fax number (which we give to you), its converted to PDF or TIFF and emailed to you securely as we understand the contents of your faxes are often sensitive.

The sent email is then stored securely on our server for your convience - the only way to access it is through your secure login area.
